We would like to thank everyone who attended our Program Coordinating Committee Meeting on January 28th, 2019. The Program Coordinating Committee (PCC) is made up of a variety of organizations and agencies that serve the greater Kingsport area. Fresh Start’s Family Self Sufficiency and Life BRIDGE Programs partner with our PCC to work together to empower and transform our communities!
