Housing Choice Voucher

Housing Choice Voucher (HCV)  is a rental assistance program that helps eligible clients with rent. Through HCV the family pays around 30 percent of its adjusted income or a minimum fee for rent. KHRA will pay the difference directly to the landlord.

KHRA administers its HCV program following policies and procedures as outlined in its PHA Administrative Plan.
