New Proposed Flat Rent Schedule (for Public Housing units) released, following HUD’s 8/26/16 update on FMR (Fair Market Rents). The new Flat Rents will be effective for Annual Recertifications, New Admissions and moves once an effective date is determined. The new 2017 Proposed Flat Rent Schedule can be viewed here.

UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Tennessee recently presented a $50,000 donation to Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee to help fight hunger through the Mobile Pantry program.
KCF has awarded a $2,000 grant to the Greater Kingsport Alliance for Development (GKAD) to help support a health and wellness program for low-income children at Robert E. Lee Apartments.
Lee Family Learning Center has been named the recipient of a literacy grant from the Rotary Club of Kingsport. The $6,000 grant will fund the new “Lee Reads” reading program for children.
