The Kingsport Housing & Redevelopment Authority has developed its Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It is available for review at the Authority’s Office located at 906 E Sevier Ave, Kingsport, Tennessee 37660. The Authority’s lobby hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. In addition, a public hearing will be held on Monday, January 6th, 2025 at the Riverview Community Room, 285 Louis St. Kingsport, TN at 12:00 pm. The public is invited.
