The Kingsport Housing & Redevelopment Authority has developed its Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It is available for review at the Authority’s Office located at 906 E Sevier Ave, Kingsport, Tennessee 37660. The Authority’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. In addition, a public hearing will be held on Monday, January 10, 2022 at the Magnolia Pointe Community Room, 1921 Bowater Drive in Kingsport, immediately following the board meeting at 12:00 pm. The public is invited.
