Notice of KHRA Annual Agency Plan

The Kingsport Housing & Redevelopment Authority has developed its Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It is available for review to the public at the Authority’s Office located at 906 E Sevier Ave, Kingsport, Tennessee 37660. The Authority’s hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

As a non-public housing PHA, the Authority has the discretion in the Resident Advisory Board (RAB) appointment process, and therefore, appoints all of the agency’s assisted residents as members of the RAB. Residents may come to the Riverview Community on Monday, January 12th, 2026 at 9:00 am for comment if desired.

Your participation in the meeting is voluntary. You may email CaseyBegley@kingsporthousing.org with questions. In addition, a public hearing will be held on Monday, January 12th, 2026 at the Riverview Community Room of the Fresh Start Offices at 285 Louis St. in Kingsport, TN at 12:00 pm. The public is invited.
