 ession for the purpose of the Five-Year Agency Plan (2026-2030). The meeti
 ng will be at 12:00 pm\, on Monday\, January 12\, 2026 at the Riverview Co
 mmunity Room of the Fresh Start Offices at 285 Louis St in Kingsport\, TN.
 \n\nAgenda\n\nBoard of Commissioners meetings are scheduled at the beginni
 ng of each year and meet on one Monday of every month at 12:00 pm (noon)\,
  in the KHRA Main Office conference room located at 906 E Sevier Ave\, Kin
 gsport\, TN.\n\nThese meetings are open to the public.\n\n\nDates and time
