 ard of Commissioner meetings are regularly scheduled for the third Wednesd
 ay of every month at noon in the KHRA Admin Building Conference Room at 90
 6 E. Sevier Ave\, Kingsport\, TN. Due to holidays and deadlines some meeti
 ngs may fall outside this timeframe. Any changes will be posted in the new
