 ice is hereby given that Kingsport Housing & Redevelopment Authority (“K
 HRA”) will conduct a Public Hearing on behalf of the City of Kingsport\,
  Tennessee and Sullivan County\, Tennessee in accordance with the requirem
 ents of Title 13\, Chapter 20\, Tennessee Code Annotated\, as supplemented
  and amended (the "Code")\, the purpose of which is to consider the follow
 ing items:\n\n\nThe necessity of adoption by KHRA and Sullivan County\, Te
 nnessee of a Redevelopment Plan for the Riverbend Redevelopment District w
 hich includes the use of tax increment financing for a redevelopment proje
 ct to be located at 1125 Riverbend Drive\, Kingsport\, Tennessee.\n\nThe n
 ecessity of adoption by KHRA and the City of Kingsport\, Tennessee\, of an
  amendment to the existing Redevelopment Plan for the Riverbend Redevelopm
 ent District which includes the use of tax increment financing for a redev
 elopment project to be located at 1125 Riverbend Drive\, Kingsport\, Tenne
 ssee.\n\nSuch other items related to the Riverbend Redevelopment District 
 and the The Arbor Redevelopment Project as may be necessary under Title 13
 \, Chapter 20 of the Tennessee Code Annotated.\n\n\nThe Public Hearing wil
 l be held at 12:00   p.m.\, July 15\,  2024\, in the Riverview Community R
 oom \, located at 285 Louis St. Kingsport\, Tennessee. \n\nA map of the Ri
 verbend Redevelopment District and The Arbor Project Area may be viewed at
  the offices of KHRA\, 906 E. Sevier Avenue\, Kingsport\, Tennessee\, betw
 een the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm\; and the City of Kingsport Departmen
 t of Development Services\, 415 Broad Street\, Kingsport\, Tennessee betwe
 en the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm weekdays. The proposed Redevelopment P
 lan and proposed Amendment will be available for public review at these sa
 me locations no later than July 8\, 2024\, and will contain all informatio
 n required by Tennessee Code Annotated §§13-20-203 and 205.\n
