Kingsport Housing & Redevelopment Authority (KHRA) is building nine homes in the Sherwood and Hiwassee neighborhood of Kingsport, Tennessee. The homes are approximately one and a half stories with 1,450 square feet. Each home will have three (3) bedrooms and two (2) baths.

The homes will be sold through KHRA’s Affordable Housing program and are available to qualified low and moderate-income families. Eligibility is based on income by household size, credit history, and not having principle ownership in a home in the past three (3) years.
