Homeownership Opportunity
Kingsport Housing & Redevelopment Authority (KHRA) is building nine homes in the Sherwood and Hiwassee neighborhood of Kingsport, Tennessee. The homes are approximately one and a half stories with 1,450 square feet. Each home will have three (3) bedrooms and two (2) baths. The homes have brick and vinyl siding exteriors and include appliances, a front porch, back patio, storage shed and paved driveway.
The homes will be sold through KHRA’s Affordable Housing program and are available to qualified low and moderate-income families. Eligibility is based on income by household size, credit history, and not having principle ownership in a home in the past three (3) years.
